Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEA) is a department of Ministry of Economic Affairs. The vision of the SMEA is to create an environment beneficial to the establishment and growth of SMEs. The key operational areas of SMEA are creating a healthy environment for the development of SMEs, optimizing SME's operational management capabilities, building a platform for enterprise Start-up and Incubation, enhancing SMEs' information technology capabilities and promoting sound development of SME finance.
