Chinese Culture University Innovation & Incubation Center (PCCUIIC) was founded in January 1998. The center features two main areas: Assist Ministry of Education to guide all university campuses supporting for innovation and startups measures as a policy think tank for Ministry of Education for deliberations Research Program Development Platform and Campus Solutions derivative, since 2009. In 2014, provide the services of coordination between national incubation centers and Small and Medium Enterprise Administration (SMEA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs; the effectively integrates of domestic incubator resources assist the Ministry of Economy Construction Innovation service system.
