• May 5 – Registration closes
• Mid-May – Preliminary review by the judging committee
• May 26 – Announcement of the Top 15 finalists
• June 4 – Final Pitch on the Center Stage at InnoVEX 2026
• June 4 – Award Ceremony immediately following the Final Pitch
• June 5 – Top 15 One-on-One Matchmaking on the Pi Stage
