How to Register for InnoVEX 2025 Pitch Contest

Eligibility

• The participating startups must be founded after January 1st, 2017, or an academic research startup team planning to establish a company.
• Each team is required an application fee of $40,000 NTD dollars. For foreign companies, the application fee is $1,300 US dollars. No application fee is required for InnoVEX 2025 exhibitors.
• Exhibitor and non-exhibitor finalists will need to participate in person at the InnoVEX Center Stage for the Final Round and Award Ceremony on May 22, 2025. Failure to join will be considered as having forfeited the competition.

How to Register

• The deadline is Apr 25th 23:59 (GMT+8).
• Online registration only. After logging into My InnoVEX, click on the APPLY FOR PITCH CONTEST button on the front page to register.
• A registration is only completed after the pitch deck file and pitch video is uploaded by the deadline. In addition, non-exhibitors should upload the payment certificate before the registration deadline to qualify for participation.
