Exhibition Regulations│InnoVEX

Exhibition Date: June 1 – June 4, 2027, 09:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (GMT+8)
Venue: TaiNEX Hall 2, 4F (Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2)

Applicants shall select one of the following exhibitor types based on their actual participation model. The organizer reserves the right to make the final determination regarding exhibitor type and eligibility.

Exhibitor Type	Participation Model	Eligibility and Notes
Individual Startup	One startup company exhibiting independently.	A technology startup legally established on or after January 1, 2019.
Pavilion Organizer	One lead organization bringing multiple startups to exhibit together.	A legal entity that fosters startups or a corporate venture capital (CVC) unit that invests in startups. Participating startups must comply with Section 6.
Ecosystem Partner	A company or organization with a startup ecosystem support, investment, or industry collaboration role exhibiting independently.	Examples include accelerators, venture capital firms, corporate innovation units, startup service providers, and other organizations approved by the organizer.

An applicant registering as an Ecosystem Partner must participate primarily to support, invest in, or promote industry collaboration with startups. During registration, the applicant must describe the services, programs, investments, or collaboration opportunities it provides to startups for the organizer's review. An applicant will not qualify as an Ecosystem Partner merely because its products or services may be used by startups, it has worked with individual startups, or its primary purpose is general product display, sales, or corporate brand promotion.

(3) Exhibition Restrictions

Companies already registered for COMPUTEX may also apply for InnoVEX if they meet the exhibitor type and eligibility requirements above.
The InnoVEX Team reserves the right to reject the exhibitor providing non-ICT related products or the products contrary to order public or principles of morality to participate. The InnoVEX Team reserves the right to make the final decision.
The rented booth may not be sublet to any 3rd party entry. In case of violation, the InnoVEX Team will immediately take back the transferred booth and stop the non-applicant from continuing to exhibit, and both the transferor and transferee will be prohibited from participating in this exhibition for three years.
Intellectual Property
1. In case of infringement of trademark, patent or copyright, the exhibitor is obliged to cooperate with the right holders (e.g. patentees, copyright holder, etc.) to submit legal evidence collection procedures to the judiciary.
2. If an exhibitor is aware that the exhibited products have been determined by a court judgment to have inaccurate labeling or infringement of trademarks, patents or copyrights, but still displays them, upon discovery, the exhibitor shall cooperate to remove the products from the shelves and exhibits, and the organizer may, in addition to confiscating the exhibition fee paid by the exhibitor, refuse to accept the application of that exhibitor for the next following year.
3. The product which violated Intellectual Property Law in Taiwan, including, without limitation, false information, copyrights, trademarks, or any intellectual property ownership rights are prohibited from exhibit in the exhibition. If the product causes any loss or harm, including, without limitation, litigation costs, attorney’s fees or any remedy at law, the exhibitor should indemnify the InnoVEX Team.
The decorations & arrangements of the exhibitor must follow/comply with public safety regulations to prevent injuries or damages and the exhibitors are liable to all legal responsibility.
Both COMPUTEX and InnoVEX prohibits retail products at the exhibition. The exhibitor shall abide the regulation of the exhibition. The exhibitor must have their team or company name in English & product or service information displayed with during the full 4 days of the exhibition with staff on site. If the exhibitor fails to participate for the full 4 days or withdraw before the exhibition ends, the exhibitor forfeits all rights to join the pitch contest, and they are forbidden from joining InnoVEX for the time period of three years.
Each startup team may exhibit in no more than two separate locations during InnoVEX. Independent booths, Showcase stands, and locations within pavilions are counted together. The organizer may reject any participation exceeding this limit and retains final approval authority.

(4) Registration Process

Booth locations are selected through a booth selection process. The time at which the online registration is submitted will affect the booth selection order and applicable booth fee. Early registration is recommended.

[1] My InnoVEX Registration ↓	Registration opens at 1:00 p.m. (GMT+8) on September 22, 2026. Log in to My InnoVEX, click on “Register for 2027 booth” and complete the registration form. Please save your account & password as they will be used for future exhibitor online services.
[2] Eligibility Review ↓	After submission, the organizer will review the exhibitor type, eligibility, and exhibition content. Applicants that are ineligible or required to submit supplementary information will be notified separately. Submission of the online registration does not guarantee a booth. Please wait for the organizer's confirmation.
[3] Fee Payment ↓	Applicants that pass the preliminary review will be notified to pay an 80% deposit of the total exhibition fee. Payment must be completed by the deadline stated on the invoice. Failure to pay the full amount by the deadline will be regarded as incomplete registration. Payment must be made by wire transfer. All bank charges shall be borne by the exhibitor, and the full amount must be received. Any shortfall must be paid through an additional wire transfer.
[4] Registration Complete	Registration is complete and exhibition eligibility is confirmed only after the organizer verifies receipt of the full deposit. A pre-show briefing and booth selection are expected to be held in late February 2027; the actual date will be announced by the organizer. The payment deadline and method for the remaining balance will be announced after booth selection.

(5) Booth Plans and Fees

The following prices apply to foreign exhibitors only.

Two price plans apply according to the date on which the online registration is submitted.

Booth plans details
1. All booth fees include basic electricity ofv110 V and 500 W per booth. Additional power requirements must be applied for separately and paid for before the exhibition.
2. If a selected booth is partially occupied by a pillar, the organizer will issue a proportional refund based on the area occupied by the pillar.
3. Raw Space does not include decoration, carpet, or other fixtures. The exhibitor must arrange for the decorations on their own. The decoration must follow the public safety regulations. For exhibitors who apply for over 50 booths, please contact the InnoVEX Team directly.
4. Exhibitors may not remove, move, cover, or substantially alter the standard decoration of a Shell Scheme or Showcase. Decoration samples are for reference only. The final design will be announced at the pre-show briefing in late February, and the organizer reserves the right to make adjustments.
5. All exhibitors will receive an InnoVEX Online exhibition page. The online exhibition will be available from May 1 to December 31, 2027. Exhibitors are expected to be able to upload and edit their online exhibition information through My InnoVEX starting in January 2027.
Special rules for Showcase Stands
1. Each Showcase stand is limited to one registered applicant and may not be shared, sublet, or transferred.
2. If the registered applicant is a startup company, it will receive one five-minute on-stage presentation slot. The date, time, venue, check-in procedure, and other details will be arranged by the organizer and announced separately. The slot may not be transferred to another company or an unregistered third party. Failure to check in on time, submit required materials, or attend will be deemed a waiver of this benefit; no rescheduling, credit, or refund will be provided.

The exhibitor will need to take on the remittance handling fees. If the payment is automatically deducted, it will be regarded as an underpayment. If we do not receive the payment in full, another wire transfer will be required to make up the payment. Please keep the receipt(s) of the wire transfer for your reference. Exhibitors may apply for the invoice of the booth fee in electronic form after the pre-show briefing.

(6) Pavilion

Government agencies, legal entities, colleges and universities, accelerators, incubators, investment institutions, corporations, and other organizations capable of supporting and collaborating with startups may apply to serve as a Pavilion Organizer and bring multiple startups to exhibit together. The Pavilion Organizer shall complete the online registration on behalf of the entire pavilion and serve as the primary contact for payment, booth selection, document submission, and exhibition matters.
Pavilion Organizers must comply with the following requirements. In the event of a violation, the organizer may reject the entire pavilion's participation:
1. The number of participating startups must be no less than 50% of the number of booths applied for, rounded to the nearest whole number. In principle, participating startups must be technology startups established on or after January 1, 2019. Special requests must be submitted to the organizer. Example: A pavilion applying for nine Raw Space booths must feature at least five startups.
2. Each startup in a pavilion must be allocated at least 1.5m x 1.5m of exhibition space and have an independent stand or display table. The startup's company name and logo must be clearly displayed and may not be removed or concealed during the exhibition.
3. The Pavilion Organizer shall submit a pavilion exhibition plan for review and provide supplementary information as requested. If the plan is not approved, the organizer may cancel the application.
The Pavilion Organizer must invite each participating startup to register individually on the InnoVEX website and complete its exhibitor information. Only startups that complete registration will be featured on the official website and promotional materials and be eligible to register free of charge for the Pitch Contest and exhibitor matchmaking activities. Startup registration is expected to open in January 2027; instructions will be provided separately.
The number of startups permitted to co-exhibit in a pavilion is limited by the number of booths applied for, with a maximum of three startups per Raw Space or Shell Scheme booth and one startup per Showcase stand.
A startup may exhibit in no more than two separate locations, including an independent booth, a Showcase stand, or locations within different pavilions.

(7) Booth Allocation

A pre-show briefing is expected to be held in late February 2026. The actual date will be announced by email.
On the day of the pre-show briefing, the InnoVEX Team will elaborate on the exhibition regulations and booth selection. Each pavilion shall be represented by its Pavilion Organizer or a designated representative.
The order of booth selection will be based on the submitted time of online registration. If the exhibitor is not present during the briefing, the InnoVEX Team will represent them for booth selection, and the exhibitor shall not object. To ensure the rights and interests of the exhibitor, please attend the pre-show briefing on time.
The InnoVEX team will design the floor plan considering all exits, directions, and number of booths and the floor plan will be available for download prior to the briefing session.
The InnoVEX Team reserves the rights to adjust the exhibition area & booths. The exhibitor cannot object under any circumstances.

(8) Booth Exchange

Exhibitors wishing to exchange booths must coordinate directly with the other party and submit a Booth Exchange Form by the deadline. The exchange may take place only after approval by the organizer. (Download the form here)
Application deadline: March 31, 2027。
The exhibitors must meet all three following conditions to be eligible for booth exchange:
- Both parties have the same number of booths.
- Both parties have the same booth type.
- Both parties must be qualified exhibitors.

(9) Booth Cancellation

The registered exhibitor who wishes to withdraw from the exhibition must submit a “Booth Cancellation Form” and provide the reasons for withdrawal no later than February 12, 2027. After confirmation by the InnoVEX Team, the paid booth fee will be fully refunded. (Download the form here)
For the registered exhibitor who wishes to withdraw from the exhibition after February 13, 2027, the paid booth fee will NOT be refunded. The InnoVEX Team will reconfirm with the applicant through e-mail regarding the booth cancellation request if the application is not properly finished. If the applicant fails to reply within the given time, the applicant will be deemed to have confirmed the booth cancellation.
After the cancellation is confirmed, the originally allocated booth will be planned and used by the InnoVEX Team. In addition, the withdrawing exhibitor’s right to use the electronic visitor badges will also be cancelled, and they shall not object.
For the exhibitor who withdraws from the exhibition without submitting the “Booth Cancellation Form”, the paid booth fee will NOT be refunded and will be used as liquidated damages. The exhibitor will be prohibited from participating in the exhibition in the following year.

(10) Booth Reduction

The registered exhibitor who wishes to reduce the booth size must submit a “Booth Reduction Form” no later than February 12, 2027, and provide the reason for the booth reduction. After confirmation by the InnoVEX Team, the booth fees will be recalculated based on the reduced booth size, and the exhibitor will be refunded for the overpayment. (Download the form here)
The registered exhibitor who wishes to reduce their booth size after February 13, 2027 will NOT be refunded with the overpayment. The InnoVEX Team will reconfirm with the applicant through e-mail regarding the booth reduction request. If the applicant fails to reply within the given time, the applicant will be deemed to have confirmed the booth reduction.
The booths vacated after the reduction will be planned and used by the InnoVEX Team or replaced by waitlisted exhibitors. The InnoVEX Team has the rights to reallocate the originally selected booth locations, and the exhibitors shall not object. In addition, the relevant services provided by the organizer based on the number of booths will also be adjusted, such as the number of exhibitor badges and the number of electronic visitor badges.
For the exhibitor who reduces their booth without submitting the “Booth Reduction Form”, the booth fee for the unused area will NOT be refunded and will be used as liquidated damages. The exhibitor will be prohibited from participating in the exhibition in the following year.

(11) Waitlisted Exhibitors

When the booths are fully occupied, the sequence to enter the exhibition is determined according to exhibitors’ registration completion time and TCA memberships.
A waitlisted applicant must complete payment by the specified deadline after receiving an offer in order to secure exhibition eligibility. If the applicant withdraws after accepting the offer, fees already paid will not be refunded.

(12) Special Notices

During the exhibition (including setup and tear-down of decorations), the co-organizer TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) will take out the following insurances: fire insurance, theft insurance, WPA, & public liability insurance (including natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, heavy rain & other natural disasters). The InnoVEX Team will not be liable for any indirect damages such as theft and property damage during the exhibition.
If, due to a natural disaster or force majeure, (i) the dates or venue of the exhibition are changed and the Exhibitor elects to withdraw, or (ii) the exhibition is cancelled, the InnoVEX Team will refund the booth fees paid by the Exhibitor after deducting the applicable administrative expenses. The amount of such administrative expenses will be specified in a subsequent announcement. The InnoVEX Team will not be liable for any other compensation, damages, costs, or expenses.
In the case of any unforeseen circumstances, the InnoVEX Team may revise this regulation at any time and all information is subject to the announcements on the official website.
