- How to Register: Log in to My InnoVEX, click on “Register for 2025 booth” and complete the registration form.
- Those who apply for the pavilion will get a pavilion code after completing the registration, which needs to be provided to the startups under the pavilion to finish the exhibitor application process.
- Please save your account & password as they will be used for future exhibitor online services.

Exhibition Fee Payment

- After the registration form is submitted, you will be able to download the exhibition fee payment slip. Please complete the payment within 14 days after registration.
- All payments are to be made through wire transfer. Any handling fees are to be paid by the exhibitor. If we do not receive the payment in full, another wire transfer will be required to make up the payment.

The InnoVEX Team will review the application and notify the applicant if the qualifications are not met or need to be supplemented. The pre-show briefing will be held in March, 2025 to select and confirm the booth location. The confirmed schedule will be announced by email. |
