Dr. Thiam Soon Gan, Head of Program Quality at Lilium, oversees program quality in the company. He brings over 20 years of industrial experience from aerospace, automotive and mobility industries (Airbus / Daimler (Mercedes-Benz) / Continental). He is particularly interested in design, production and supply chain management of air and land mobility systems using advanced analytics and AI solutions. Formerly an aerospace and automotive engineer who started his career Germany, he is passionate about shaping the future of mobility industries.

Thiam Soon holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Technical University of Munich, a master’s degree in engineering and management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the National University of Singapore.
