The pavilion organizer will complete the online registration and will then carry out payment, booth selection, and submission of the exhibition hall application form on behalf of the entire pavilion.
  2. This exhibition primarily targets startups as exhibitors. If a corporate venture capital (CVC) unit wishes to organize a Pavilion, it must comply with the following regulations. In case of any violation, the organizer reserves the right to reject the Pavilion's participation.
    1. The number of startups featured in a CVC Pavilion must account for no less than 50% of the total booths applied for (rounded to the nearest whole number). Startups are defined as technology-based teams established no earlier than 2018/01/01. For special requests, please reach out to the organizer.
Example: If a Pavilion applies for 9 raw spaces, at least 5 startups must be featured at the Pavilion.

  3. After the pavilion organizer completes registration, the organizer must invite the participating startups to register individually through My InnoVEX and fill in their exhibitor information. Only then will the startups be featured on the official website and promotional materials and be eligible for free registration in the Pitch Contest or matchmaking activities. The startup registration function is expected to open in mid-January 2026. At that time, the invitation link and registration instructions will be provided separately.
  4. The number of startups that can co-exhibit in the pavilion is limited by the number of booths applied for, with a maximum of 3 startups per raw space/ shell scheme, and only 1 startup for a stand.

  2. On the day of the pre-show briefing, the InnoVEX Team will elaborate on the exhibition regulations and booth selection. For exhibitors who join under a pavilion, the pavilion organizer will represent them during the briefing session.
  3. The order of booth selection will be based on the completion time of online registration. The InnoVEX Team will reconfirm with the applicant through email regarding the booth cancellation request if the application is not properly finished.
