As a student, he participated in the RoboCup, an international competition for autonomous mobile robots, and worked on research and development of robots. After joining AIST, conducted R&D mainly on process diagnosis of manufacturing equipments/products and development of anomaly detection systems.
In 2023, he established TriOrb, Inc. to solve social issues through human-robot and robot-robot cooperation using omni-directional mobile robots.
