Yoshinori Nakagawa is a Senior IP Specialist at Panasonic IP Management Co., Ltd. Since joining the Sanyo Electric Company’s IP Department in 2004, Mr. Nakagawa has handled countless IP matters; including acquisitions, licensing, technology transfers, and infringement actions. Throughout his career, Mr. Nakagawa has actively monetized IP for both Panasonic and Sanyo through licenses and other transactions. Currently, Mr. Nakagawa leverages his experience to develop creative business solutions utilizing Panasonic’s wide range of IP.
His educational background is also unique, having studied in the field of science and engineering before going to China to study, where he obtained an LLM from Tsinghua University in 2008. Currently, he is pursuing further studies and research in an MBA program with the aim of integrating IP and business management to make greater contributions to society.
