Who Can Exhibit?
Individual Startup
For a single startup company exhibiting independently. The applicant must be a
technology startup established on or after January 1, 2019.
Pavilion Organizer
For a lead organization bringing multiple startups to exhibit together. The organizer
is responsible for the consolidated application, booth planning, payment, and exhibition-related coordination.
The Pavilion Organizer must invite each participating startup to register individually on the InnoVEX website and complete its exhibitor information. Only startups that complete registration will be featured on the official website and promotional materials and be eligible to register free of charge for the Pitch Contest and exhibitor matchmaking activities.
Ecosystem Partner
For companies or organizations that support, invest in, or collaborate with startups, such as accelerators,
VCs/CVCs, corporate innovation teams, and startup service providers.
An Ecosystem Partner’s exhibit must focus primarily on startup support, investment, industry collaboration, or
related services. Applications intended primarily for general product sales or corporate brand promotion will
not be accepted.
How to Apply
Applicants must sign in to or create a My InnoVEX account, read the Exhibition Regulations, and submit an online
application. The Organizer will review each application based on the applicant’s eligibility and proposed
exhibit. Registration is completed only after the application has been approved and the required payment has
been received.
Submitting an online application does not guarantee eligibility or participation. All applications are subject
to review and approval by the Organizer.
