Foundation for Commerce and Culture Interchange was established with the mission to promote and facilitate cross industry cooperation and collaboration, with an emphasis being an accelerator for cross-border relationship between Taiwan and overseas bodies. FCCI is also one of the strategic partners of Taipei Computer Association (TCA) in providing technology focused solutions, applications and innovative approaches to add values to business in a rapidly changing environment.
