Rutger de Graaf is working closely with the Dutch ecosystem to open the doors for ambitious startup founders, entrepreneurs and foreign investors. He is highly skilled in Economics, Analysis, International Relations, Research, and Market Analysis. Currently, he is Director Netherlands Point of Entry at Netherlands Entreprise Agency where he advises on residence permits for startups (the Startup Visa), foreign investors, ambitious entrepreneurs & knowledge workers. The agency stimulates entrepreneurs in sustainable, agricultural, innovative and international business and aims to improve opportunities for entrepreneurs, strengthens their position and helps them realise their international ambitions with funding, networking, know-how and compliance with laws and regulations. Prior to this, he was Senior Economic & Commercial Officer at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
