Dr. I-Chien (IC) Jan joined NBRP at the end of 2017 as Assistant Chief Executive of BioHub to strengthen the biomedical startup ecosystem in Taiwan. Prior to joining NBRP, Dr. Jan was co-founder and full-time partner of AppWorks Ventures between 2010-2016.
