Since its inception in 1994, Taipei Exchange has built a multi-tiered market, comprised of the Main Board, the Emerging Stock Board and the GISA and provides a high-quality environment for financing, nurturing and growing enterprises at all stages of their growth. There are more than 1,100 corporates listed on the Main Board, or registered on the Emerging Stock Board or GISA of Taipei Exchange.
GISA offers business counseling and fundraising. Taipei Exchange cooperates with domestic high-quality accounting firms to assist the companies establishing accounting and internal control systems. The companies can take free training courses and one-to-one legal consulting services. They are invited to participate in large-scale domestic theme exhibitions and the expenses of enterprises participating in exhibition are subsidized. We also facilitate them to engage in business matching activities. They can raise funds via our fundraising platform at no cost. Taipei Exchange welcomes enterprises with innovation and creativity to apply to GISA.
