David Hong Holmes

David works in the intersection of corporate strategy and venture capital, operations management, post-investment management and is special assistant at Marketech International Corporation focusing on strategic investments for the group, co-founder and managing partner of King's College London Alumni Angel Network, Penn/Wharton Taipei Angel Network, and the National Taiwan University Electrical Engineering Alumni VC Network.
He was previously with Kymco Capital, a private equity vehicle for Kymco and Foxlink in the e-mobility space as an investment manager, and as venture partner at Sunsino Venture Group, a government backed investment firm based in Taipei specializing in investments in fintech, robotics and e-mobility.
And prior to private equity, David was formerly with IBM Wall Street BU (Global FSS Key Clients, New York), GBS (Strategy & Change, Operations Strategy (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) New York) & SWG/Innovation Center (GCG, Taipei), and UBS.
