InnoVEX 2026 Women’s Forum Focuses on Female Talent and Leadership Transformation, Creating New Momentum for Future Industries

 2026-05-07 By: InnoVEX Team

Recent data shows that Taiwan’s technology industry is facing a dual challenge: a shortage of female engineering talent and an imbalance in gender representation within senior leadership positions. At the same time, as artificial intelligence (AI) continues to rapidly evolve, the global technology sector is undergoing wave after wave of transformation. Talent diversity and resilient leadership have become critical factors in determining whether companies can sustain innovation.

Dual Challenges Emerging in the Tech Industry: Female Talent and Leadership Become Critical Issues

In response to this trend, InnoVEX 2026 will host the “Women Without Limits, Technology Without Boundaries” forum on June 5 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the InnoVEX Center Stage, 4F, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2. The forum will bring together leading female innovators and executives from global enterprises to explore how women can break traditional boundaries and lead teams toward innovation in the AI era. Discussions will also cover how industries can identify and respond to evolving market demands, drive business transformation, and build diverse and inclusive corporate cultures to prepare for future talent development. In addition to the in-person event, the forum will be livestreamed simultaneously on the official InnoVEX YouTube channel.

Four Industry Leaders Gather to Share Practical Insights on Talent Strategy, Technological Innovation, and Women’s Empowerment

The forum features a distinguished lineup of speakers from across technology, e-commerce, and beauty industries. Through four keynote speeches and one panel discussion, attendees will gain first-hand industry insights and practical leadership experiences. The keynote sessions will focus on women’s empowerment in talent development, leadership strategies, and organizational transformation, as well as AI-driven applications for market insight and industry innovation.

The first keynote speaker is Esther Cho, Director of Talent Acquisition at Micron Taiwan, previously held HR leadership roles at CHANEL and Normet Group. With extensive hands-on experience in human resources management across multiple industries and multicultural environments, she will present “Empowered Women. Stronger Teams. Smarter Technology,” sharing how inclusive leadership can strengthen team resilience and emphasizing the critical role talent strategy plays in driving innovation.

The second is Paloma Hsieh, General Manager of Amazon Global Selling Taiwan, with extensive leadership experience across multinational companies including Amazon, Uber, and Nielsen. Paloma’s keynote, “AI-Powered Global Expansion: How Women and Brands Scale from Taiwan to the World,” will focus on how AI and data-driven strategies can accelerate product innovation and help Taiwanese women entrepreneurs build scalable global brands, expanding their competitive advantages in international markets.

With sharp foresight and strategic leadership, Jessica Chang, Chairperson and CEO of JPC Connectivity Inc., founded the company in 1992 and successfully led the company’s transformation from trading to manufacturing and R&D. She has also long been committed to women’s empowerment and founded “Very Mulan” to encourage female entrepreneurship and help women pursue their ambitions. Her keynote, “Multi-Paths to Success” will explore how women can adapt and thrive in rapidly changing industries, while sharing her people-centered leadership philosophy.

The last keynote speaker is Eva LEIHENER-STEFAN, Managing Director of L’Oréal Taiwan. Eva has more than 25 years of experience within the world’s leading beauty company and has held leadership roles across multiple regions, functions, and markets worldwide. At the forum, she will deliver “The Future of Beauty Powered by Beauty Tech,” sharing how technology can be leveraged to better understand consumer needs, enhance customer experiences, and provide practical insights into future talent trends and cross-cultural leadership.

Panel Discussion Focuses on Women’s Leadership in Times of Technological Disruption

The forum also features Karen Yu, President of ITIC and co-founder of Okogreen coffee, Taiwan’s first internationally Fair Trade-certified enterprise. A strong advocate for startups, digital innovation, and social entrepreneurship, Karen is widely recognized as a pioneer in both the theory and practice of social enterprise development in Taiwan. She will moderate the panel discussion, “Women’s Leadership in Times of Tech Disruption: Strategy, Resilience, and Global Impact,” guiding the four speakers through in-depth discussions on current talent challenges in the technology industry, women’s leadership, and strategic leadership thinking for businesses competing on a global stage.

From Technology to Talent and Leadership, InnoVEX Continues to Build a Global Innovation Exchange Platform

InnoVEX has served as an important platform for international innovation exchange, connecting startups, enterprises, and investment resources from around the world. As industries enter an AI era defined by high automation and globalization, companies are no longer focused solely on technical skills—they increasingly value the innovation driven by diverse perspectives, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and inclusive cultures.

Through the “Women Without Limits, Technology Without Boundaries” forum, InnoVEX 2026 extends its focus beyond technology itself to people and leadership. By bringing together female leaders from across industries and regions, the forum aims to inspire participants to rethink the future of talent and leadership, while injecting new perspectives and momentum into the future development of the technology industry.
