Asia’s leading startup event, InnoVEX will enter its fourth edition this year. The co-organizer of InnoVEX, Taipei Computer Association (TCA) stated that the grand prize of the InnoVEX Pitch Contest has grown to reach a value of USD 100,000. The prize, named Taiwan Tech Award will provide the winning startups with USD 30,000 in investment funds, a one year free stationing in TTA worth USD 20,000, as well as TTA/ TIEC training programs valued at USD 50,000. The 3 different prize forms are provided specifically to help startups expand globally as effectively as possible.
TTA Cooperates with Major Accelerators to Help Startups Expand Globally
TCA stated that the InnoVEX Taiwan Tech Award is only available to 1 winner from the InnoVEX Pitch Contest. In addition to the aforementioned USD 30,000 investment funds, free stationing, and training programs; the winner of the award can also enjoy the added benefits of joining TTA; especially the enterprise resources. These resources include the accelerators who are partners with TTA; such as BE Accelerator, National Chiao Tung University IAPS, SparkLabs Taipei, MOX, techstars, StarFab, and more.
To help ensure the startups’ expansion, the USD 50,000 training program provided will give the startups an immersive experience on establishing connection and networking with accelerators in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.
As a reminder, the registration for the pitch contest will end on May 9. The pitch regulations as well as the full list of the awards have been uploaded and available for viewing or reference purposes. Startups who will exhibit in InnoVEX are welcome to join.
