Prior to joining Taiwania Capital, Steven was Founder and Managing Director of Weave Venture Partners, a new cross-border investment platform focusing on the US deals with founders or key management teams who graduated from MIT, Stanford and UC Berkley.
Before that, Steven was Managing Director of H&Q Asia Pacific Group and President of H&Q Taiwan. During his 18 years tenure in H&Q Asia Pacific, Steven took a leadership role in VC/PE investment in the US, Taiwan, and China. While he worked in H&Q, Steven had successfully invested in more than 50+ deals. The industry coverage includes Advanced Manufacturing, AI and Machine Learning, Autonomous Vehicles, Semiconductor, Enterprise Software, and Smart Healthcare.
