Paloma is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience across global tech platforms and data-driven organizations, including leadership roles at Amazon, Uber, and Nielsen. Currently serving as General Manager of Amazon Global Selling Taiwan, she leads the strategy to empower Taiwanese businesses to expand globally.
She has long supported Taiwanese brands in scaling across major markets such as North America, Europe, and Japan, as well as emerging regions including Australia and the Middle East. Leveraging her background in market expansion, operations, and data analytics, she has also driven strategic collaborations between Amazon, local governments, and industry associations, helping businesses strengthen product competitiveness, logistics capabilities, organizational readiness, and marketing effectiveness.
In recent years, Paloma has focused on accelerating brand globalization in the AI era. By integrating AI-driven tools and data insights into business decision-making, she enables companies to innovate faster and scale more efficiently. She has also spearheaded key initiatives such as Amazon’s cross-border e-commerce talent certification programs and the New Seller Accelerator, empowering Taiwanese businesses to build scalable global brands and compete successfully on the world stage.
