Dr. Mark Chang received his PhD degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Chang was an engineering consultant at San Francisco Bay area for 6 years. Dr. Chang co-founded APrevent in 2014 and is the chief operation officer and chief technology officer at APrevent.
