Education: Master of Systems Science Management, Washington University in St. Louis/Doctor of Systems Management, Ivy University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Edison Chen worked as a strategic consultant for many large international companies during his tenure at IBM. He has more than 20 years of practical work experience in enterprise application software design, development and package system design, implementation.
After He left IBM, he become consultant for Taiwan Government and think tanks. On other hand, he also establishes a couple start up companies in diverse domain. He always encourages enterprise create oversea business and become internationalism, so that he firmed the association – Taiwan Eastbound Alliance – Landing America in 2022 to help those company’soversea business with minimum risk.
