The Pitch Contest is one of the main events of InnoVEX, the startup focused event of COMPUTEX. As one of the organizers of InnoVEX, Taipei Computer Association (TCA) stated that registration for the Pitch Contest will close on May 13 so interested startups are encouraged to register as soon as possible. The Pitch Contest will feature a prize pool valued at USD 100,000 including USD 63,000 cash prizes and various professional & promotional resources. The prizes will be provided by the organizers as well as sponsors: the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (SMESA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), Business Startup Support Centre (BSSC), KPMG, NVIDIA, NXP, the ResorTech EXPO in Okinawa Executive Committee, PwC, and Taiwania Capital.

InnoVEX 2024 will be held from June 4 to 7, 2024 in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2 and the Pitch Contest will focus on 6 main categories: AI, Green Tech, Healthcare & Biotech, Precision Manufacturing, Semiconductor Applications, and Smart Mobility. The Pitch Contest will consist of 2 rounds: the online preliminary round and onsite final round which will be held on June 6 with the finalists to be announced on May 28. The highlight of this year's Pitch Contest is the introduction of the exclusive one-on-one matchmaking event scheduled on June 7th. This matchmaking event is exclusive only to the 15 finalists where they can connect directly with the VC judges and international VCs or CVCs invited to the event.

• Mike Lee – Senior Investment Manager at WK Innovation
  Focusing on semiconductor, mobility & vehicle technology, manufacturing technology, 5G & IoT, medical device, sports tech & wearable technology, ESG & green tech, as well as XR (AR/VR/MR); WK Innovation was the first VC investor of DJI, the world’s leading drone company. With a strong portfolio and resourceful corporate partners in Greater China Region, WKI a reliable partner for enterprise growth.
• Meng Han Lee – Investment Director at BE Health Accelerator
  Established to solve the problem of high barriers to enter the Healthcare industry, BE Health Accelerator provides startups with the multidimensional support in clinical and market entry. They focus on healthtech, semiconductor applications, fintech, and sportstech.
• Jason Lu – Director at Darwin Venture Management
  Darwin Venture Management is a boutique venture investment firm headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, with offices in Hsinchu and the United States. They invest primarily in Series A/B, late-stage, and secondary funds. They have also launched an evergreen angel fund for promising early-stage teams. InnoVEX 2024 marks a return to a fully onsite format with online virtual exhibition and the judges will be present for the Pitch Contest final round and matchmaking. More judges will be announced as their participation is confirmed. Interested exhibitors are urged to register and submit the necessary documents, including a pitch deck, a 90-second pitch video, and any other additional necessary information before May 13th, 23:59 (GMT+8). The materials will undergo review during the preliminary stage, and the 15 finalists will be announced on May 28, 2024.
