As one of the organizers of InnoVEX, Taipei Computer Association (TCA), has revealed key details of the InnoVEX 2025 Pitch Contest. The competition this year focuses on seven major sectors: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Green Tech, Healthcare & Biotech, Next-Generation Communication, Precision Manufacturing, Semiconductor Applications, and Smart Mobility.
With a total prize pool of USD 140,000, the contest features the prestigious InnoVEX Grand Prize valued at USD 30,000 and the Future Star Award aimed at standout early-stage startups. In total, 10 awards will be presented, supported by a distinguished lineup of sponsors including Piece Future, PwC Taiwan, the ResorTech EXPO in Okinawa Executive Committee, NVIDIA Inception Taiwan, Enspyre, the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (SMESA), Taiwania Capital, BSSC (Business Startup Support Centre), Applied Ventures & ITIC, United Airlines, and KPMG.
On May 12, a panel of domestic and international judges selected the Top 15 finalists for the Pitch Contest. The finalists are:
The final round of the InnoVEX 2025 Pitch Contest will be held on May 22 from 13:00 to 16:00 at the InnoVEX Center Stage. Each of the 15 finalist teams will give a 10-minute pitch followed by a Q&A session. The judging panel will announce the winners at the end of the session, followed by an award ceremony recognizing the prize recipients.
This year’s contest received over 150 applications from startups across 20 countries. Finalist teams will receive increased visibility on the official InnoVEX website, an invitation to the InnoVEX Night Party to network with investors and industry leaders, and the opportunity to attend one-on-one investor matchmaking meetings on May 23 to accelerate their fundraising efforts.
Winners will also be featured in an exclusive video interview by EE Times, which will be showcased across multiple platforms, including the InnoVEX website, YouTube channel, COMPUTEX CYBER WORLD, and EE Times Asia.
