Yoshinori Nakagawa is a Specialist at Panasonic IP Management Co., Ltd. Since joining the Sanyo Electric Company’s IP Department in 2004, Mr. Nakagawa has handled countless IP matters, including acquisitions, licensing, technology transfers, and infringement actions. Throughout his career, Mr. Nakagawa has actively monetized IP for both Panasonic and Sanyo through licenses and other transactions. Currently, he leverages his experience to develop creative business solutions utilizing Panasonic’s wide range of IP.

His educational background is also unique. He completed a master’s program in the Graduate School of Science and Engineering in Japan and subsequently obtained an LLM degree from Tsinghua University in China. Recently, he graduated from the MBA program at Kyoto University, where he pledges to utilize this experience to contribute to the creation of new businesses as well as the resolution of societal challenges through intellectual property.
