Engineers are using OOFELIE::Multiphysics’s features to investigate the behaviour of: • Sensors and actuators, including MEMS. • Optomechanical devices including MOEMS, F.O., lasers, and telescopes. • Multidisciplinary systems in which a fluid medium interacts with a structure (F.S.I.).
