Wendy Lam is the founder of Ezygreenpak, a pioneering company dedicated to creating sustainable, dissolvable nonwoven packaging materials. Coming from a family with decades of experience in the garment industry, Wendy grew up witnessing the environmental challenges posed by traditional manufacturing. Motivated to make a difference, she set out to transform her family’s legacy by championing sustainable production and driving innovation in eco-friendly products.

With extensive experience spanning startup ecosystems, project management, and investor engagement, Wendy has worked across diverse industries, including FinTech, EdTech, GreenTech, and ESG. Her global exposure has equipped her with a unique perspective on leveraging technology and innovation to tackle critical environmental and societal issues.
