Patrick P. Chen currently serves as the General Manager of Yeong Chin Machinery Industries Co., Ltd. (YCM) and Chairman of Dot Zero Co., Ltd. He is dedicated to driving both digital and green transformation across the manufacturing industry. Under his leadership, YCM delivers intelligent manufacturing solutions tailored to diverse customer needs and actively develops innovative carbon reduction strategies to support clients in achieving carbon neutrality and net-zero goals. He also advocates for the integration of AI technologies to optimize production processes, accelerate transformation, and deliver competitive, future-oriented applications.

To stay ahead of industry trends and lead more peers and customers into the era of smart manufacturing and net-zero emissions, Mr. Chen holds several key leadership roles, including Chairman of the Taiwan Machine Tool & Accessory Builders’ Association (TMBA), Board Member of the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI), Honorary Chairman of the Tan-Ya-Shen Industrial Manufacturers Association (TYSIA), and Supervisor of the Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI). In these roles, he actively drives cross-industry collaboration and accelerates Taiwan's global reach in the machinery sector.
