Edgar Chiu is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of SparkLabs Taiwan, a leading accelerator and early-stage venture capital fund investing in AI and digital innovation. His portfolio includes MetAI, Kneron, GRAID Technology, Nitra, Vectara, NEX, AmazingTalker, and more. He leads one of Asia’s most globally connected accelerator programs, supporting startups that have scaled across the U.S., Japan, and Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, SparkLabs hosts Taiwan’s largest Demo Day, attracting over 1,000 global investors and corporate executives.
Previously, Edgar was the founding COO of Gogolook, where he led the international expansion of Whoscall before its acquisition by NAVER. His career began at IBM and HP, and he holds a degree in Quantitative Finance from National Tsing Hua University.
