His portfolio includes prominent local champions across China, North Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, as well as multinational corporations seeking to establish or enhance their presence in Asia.
Beyond his work in retail and AI, Alex plays a pivotal role in advancing McKinsey's innovation agenda. He serves as the co-chair of McKinsey’s Internet & Innovation Academy in China, a platform that brings cutting-edge retail innovations from China to clients around the globe.
