Michael leads McKinsey Technology and QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, in Greater China. He leads multi-year digital/AI transformations for leading consumer electronics, software/cloud providers, and ecommerce players. He shapes digital strategies, defines enterprise architectures, and delivers digital use cases with measurable business impact.

Beyond his client work, he also leads the Digital practice in Taiwan office, being frequently featured in media and speaking events. He previously served as CMO and Deputy GM at Avandeo in China, an online customizable furniture startup.
