Lewis Chen currently serves as Executive Director of the Industry Services Center at Industrial Technology Research Institute(ITRI). He also holds concurrent positions as Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Electronics, College of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Secretary-General of the Technology Management Society of the Republic of China, and Board Director of the Taiwan Space Industry Development Association.
He earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from KU Leuven. With more than 20 years of experience across multinational corporations and startup ecosystems, he specializes in technology management, industrial policy development, and international startup ecosystem collaboration.
