Katie Sieker is the Senior Vice President of Venture Partnerships at the Arizona Commerce Authority, with more than 20 years of experience supporting startups across Phoenix, San Francisco, and Boston. She specializes in business development, investment strategy, and startup ecosystem building, helping connect emerging companies with venture capital firms and growth opportunities across technology, healthcare, and consumer industries.
Katie holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University and has played a key role in shaping Phoenix’s startup community through initiatives such as PHX Startup Week and #yesPHX. She is widely recognized for her leadership, mentorship, and efforts to support the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators.
